Property Management
Central Detroit Christian’s Property Management services support affordable housing in our community by providing well-maintained, accessible homes. Our approach combines professional management with a community-focused vision, making affordable living central to our mission of uplifting Detroit neighborhoods.
Housing Development
Repair. Rebuild. Restore. Developing a community starts with developing people, but it’s essential to address physical needs, especially quality, affordable housing. Central Detroit Christian CDC supports low-income families and individuals through home repair assistance, rehabilitating vacant homes, and developing new housing. As a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) with the City of Detroit and the State of Michigan, CDC is actively implementing its strategic plan.
After School
Our Breakthrough Enrichment After School Program offers free, educational support for 1st-5th graders, focusing on literacy development and personal growth. Students can explore a variety of enriching activities, including Karate, Music, Bible study, Holy Yoga, Gardening, and Cooking. Designed to nurture both academic and personal skills, we strive to provide a supportive space for young learners to thrive.
