Parenting With a Purpose

We strive in creating a community that supports one another in positive parenting. Parents 25 years old and younger with children 0-5 years old are offered such services as:

Parent- Child Interactions Activity Groups
Life Skills Workshops
Children's & Toys

PWP provides opportunities that engage parents and children in healthy early childhood learning experiences, to prepare them for kindergarten. We serve our parents and children with this practical approach:

“TRAIN a child in the way he should go, EVEN when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).We reach out and encourage parents overwhelmed with the challenges of parenting, sharing helpful resources supporting them in being a GUIDE, TEACHER, and PROVIDER for their child.Interested in being a part of PWP community? What is a Parent Café?

Hosted by PWP and facilitated by Great Start Collaborative-Wayne County, parent cafés aim to help create a network of informed and involved parents that provide support to each other and work towards community-wide solutions.

PWP Parent Café is scheduled once a month on Monday evenings from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
