CDC Property Management

We never aspired to become property managers, but the market changed and our single mindedness about preparing people for home ownership had to be adjusted. Then, just as we were shifting our housing philosophy, the property management company for 8840 Second Avenue said they could no longer manage it. SO, with an 11 unit apartment building needing to be loved and cared for, we plunged into property management and therefore created CDC Property Management, LLC.
Since that happened, we had another building donated to us, and we acquired a third for $1,000.00. This building needs a lot of work before we can rent it so if you are interested in serving or sponsoring the renovation of an apartment, please let us know.
