Relational & Financial support - one child at a time
CDC seeks to equip children in central Detroit by connecting them with sponsors. Sponsors are special volunteers who commit to attending three events each year to get to know the children, as well as provide financial support used for school uniforms and supplies. Many sponsors end up building long-term relationships with CDC kids. The sponsor events, such as the Christmas party and back-to-school rally, are some of the most exciting of the year for CDC!
